CANDY DOTS

Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Chilling Time: 2 hours |

INGREDIENTS:
1½ cups Allulose
¼ cup pasteurized egg white
food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Using a hand mixer, whisk the egg white for a minute or two,
until entirely frothy.
2. Slowly add in the Allulose; continue to whisk until peaks form.
3. Evenly divide the prepared mixture into bowls—as many as
you want to color.
4. Slowly add the drops of color to each bowl until you achieve
your desired color.
5. Mix until the color is uniform, and then transfer each color to a
zippered sandwich bag.
6. Print template and place under each paper you will be piping
onto. Clip a tiny tip off one corner of each bag, and pipe dots
onto unprinted sheets.
7. Let set for a couple of hours, and then cut the strips apart.
