CHEESECAKE BITES

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Allulose
4 oz. butter, softened
½ tsp. vanilla extract, sugar-free
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use a mini cupcake pan and line with baking cups. Set to the
side.
2. In a stand mixer on high, cream the sweetener and butter for
approximately 3 minutes.
3. Blend the vanilla extract and cream cheese until incorporated.
4. Spoon the mixture into the baking cups and freeze for 1 hour
until firm.
5. No need to wait for them to defrost. Serve and enjoy!
