4 oz. unsweetened 80% or higher dark chocolate
⅓ cup heavy cream
1 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
4 tbsp. coconut oil
1. Dice the dark chocolate into bits.
2. Warm up the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium-low.
Stir in the chocolate bits and coconut oil. Continue stirring until
combined and then remove from the burner.
3. Stir in the protein powder and coconut flour. Store in the
refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.
4. Take the dough out of the fridge when they are cool. Shape
into balls and roll through the shredded coconut until coated.
5. Store in the fridge in a closed container.
