CHOCOLATE COVERED ALMONDS

INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup unsweetened dark chocolate baking chips
1½ cups whole raw almonds
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut a piece of parchment paper to cover a baking tray.
2. Toss the chips into a saucepan using low heat. Stir and add
the vanilla.
3. Once the chocolate is melted, add the almonds and stir until
coated.
4. Arrange them on the baking tray and dust with the salt.
5. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before you are
ready to devour.
6. For a change of taste, sprinkle with some ground cinnamon.
