CREAM CHEESE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup low-carb sugar-free maple syrup
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup butter
1 egg
½ cup coconut flour
2 cups almond flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Cream the sweetener and butter until fluffy. Fold in the cream
cheese and add the egg. Stir in both flours and mix in the
vanilla.
3. Chill the prepared dough for a minimum of four hours.
4. Squeeze the dough into a cookie press. You can also roll it
into a log and slice.
5. For pressed cookies, bake 8-10 minutes; for sliced cookies,
10-12 minutes.
