GINGER SNAP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
¼ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups almond flour
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2. Whisk the dry components in a mixing bowl. Blend in the rest
of the ingredients into the dry mixture using a hand blender.
The dough will be stiff.
3. Measure out the dough for each cookie and flatten with a fork
or your fingers.
4. Bake for about 9-11 minutes or until browned.
