NUT BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
8½ oz. almond butter
¼ cup Erythritol
1 egg
2½ cups almond flour
¼ tsp. salted butter
¼ cup raw coconut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 320ºF. Prepare a cookie sheet with a
sheet of parchment paper.
2. Using a double boiler, melt the almond butter. Take it from the
heat and stir in the flour, coconut butter, Erythritol, salt, and
egg. Fold until well mixed.
3. Break into 10 segments and roll into balls. Place on the
prepared pan and flatten with a fork or your hand.
4. Bake for 12 minutes until browned to your liking.
