Peanut Butter Base:
5 tbsp. almond flour
4 tbsp. granulated Erythritol
½ cup natural peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2½ oz. sugar-free chocolate
¼ cup chopped peanuts
1. Take a large mixing bowl and add the almond flour, Erythritol,
butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular-shaped silicone mold,
leaving a ¼-inch space for the melted chocolate.
3. Place in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate with the help of a double boiler, and pour
part of it on the top of peanut butter filling in the silicone mold.
5. Place in the freezer again for 2 hours (or until the bars get

from the silicone mold, and transfer them to the baking rack
lined with parchment paper.
7. Heat/melt the remaining chocolate. And pour it over the bars,
making sure that each bar is covered completely.
8. Spread chopped peanuts on top, and place in the freezer once
again for 1 hour (or until hard).
9. Once ready, remove from the freezer, and enjoy these
delicious peanut butter bars.
