PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE

Cooking time: 15 minutes + 2 hours for freezing
Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond flour
• ½ cup melted butter
• 350 g cream cheese
• ¾ cup liquid stevia
• 2 cups pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp salt
Cooking process:
1.Grease the cake pan with butter. In a bowl, mix almond flour and butter until
uniformity. Lay out the dough into the form.
2.In a bowl, beat the remaining ingredients until a thick mass.
3.Pour the cream onto the base and spread evenly with a spatula. Put the cake
into the freezer for 2 hours. After a specified time, put the dessert on a plate
and cut into portions.
