PUMPKIN SPICE MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
2 tbsp. almond meal
2 tsp. granulated Erythritol
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tbsp. heavy cream
¼ tsp. baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put butter in a microwavable bowl and microwave for half a
minute or until melted.
2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add coconut flour,
baking powder, almond meal, and pumpkin spice; mix until
well combined.
3. Add egg, butter, heavy cream, and Erythritol to the mixture;
keep mixing until fully combined.
4. Place the bowl again in the microwave to cook the mixture on
high for a minute.
5. Remove from the microwave once cooked.
6. Transfer to the serving mug and enjoy the delicious, moist,
and fluffy pumpkin spice mug cake with heavy cream on the
top.
