VANILLA BERRY MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
6 frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. coconut flour
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 medium egg
1 tbsp. Erythritol
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Microwave the cream cheese and butter together in a mug on
high for 20 seconds.
2. Add the baking powder, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and
granulated sweetener to the butter and cream cheese mixture.
Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
3. Add the egg to the mixture and keep mixing until a thoroughly
combined and smooth batter is prepared.
4. Add the frozen raspberries and press them gently from the
top.
5. Place in the microwave on high for 2 minutes.
6. Enjoy the amazing vanilla berry mug cake.
