Cooking time: 25 minutes
• ½ cup almond flour
• 1 cup pecan nut
• 1 ½ cups of melted butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ cup erythritol
• 1 egg white
• 30 g dark chocolate
• ½ tsp salt
1.Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
2.In a blender, mix all the dry ingredients until uniformity.
3.Add egg white, butter, and salt. Mix again at high speed for 1 minute. The
dough should be quite viscous, but slightly crumbly.
4.Make round cookies by a spoon, and press lightly on top. Bake in the oven
for 15 minutes until crisp.
5.Melt chocolate in a microwave oven or a water bath. Pour each cookie by
chocolate glaze. Cool them.
