Cooking time: 35 minutes
Ingredients for the base:

• ½ cup coconut flour
• 5 egg whites
• ½ cup melted coconut oil
• ½ cup coconut cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 tbsp liquid stevia
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• A pinch of salt

Ingredients for the icing:

• 1 cup coconut cream
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp liquid stevia
• A pinch of salt

Cooking process:

1.Preheat to 175°C (350°F). Grease the round shape.
2.In a bowl, beat egg whites until thick peaks. In another container, mix the re-
maining ingredients for the base. Add whipped whites.
3.Pour the dough into shape and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Cool the
base for the cake.
4.In a skillet, mix all the ingredients for the icing and heat over a low fire, stir-
ring constantly.
5.Pour icing on the cake and let it brew. Cut into portions.
