STRAWBERRY NUT ROLLS

SERVINGS: 6
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:

• ¼ cup raw cashews
• ½ cup raw almonds
• 1 tbsp oatmeal
• 1 tbsp coconut shavings
• 2 ½ tbsp liquid stevia
• A pinch of salt
• 1 orange
• 6 pieces of fresh strawberries
• Bamboo Mat

Cooking process:

1.Grind nuts, oatmeal and coconut flakes in a blender until uniformity.
2.Lay out the mass in a bowl; add stevia and salt; mix thoroughly. Make a ball
and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
3.Prepare the filling. Peel orange and cut peel into thin strips. Cut 4 straw-
berries into strips, and cut 2 strawberries into thin slices (as on the photo).
4.Spread the nut dough as a flat square on a bamboo mat.
5.Lay out a layer of strawberries and orange peel closer to the edge on the
dough. Lift the edges of the mat to wrap the dough in a roll. This process
resembles the preparation of Japanese rolls. Place the finished roll in the
freezer for 15 minutes.
6.Before serving, cut the roll into small rolls. Decorate with strawberry slices
and coconut shavings.
